Solar Evacuate Tube

Product info

Heismann HMC ranges of evacuated tube solar collectors are suitable for both residential & commercial applications. The design of the HCM solar collector is a culmination of nearly 5 years of feedback from installers and solar professional all over the world and aims to meet their

requirements with the following key

Copper heat pipes for rapid heat transfer Insulation Rock wool  Suitable for mains pressure waterWorking pressure: 6 bar

Corrosion resistant T2 copper pipe in the manifold All Aluminum alloy frame and manifold cover Ideal for commercial solar water heating applications

Design Advantage - Passive Tracking

The round absorber surface of the evacuated tubes

passively track the sun throughout the day, so no

mechanical tracking device is required.

This allows maximum surface area exposure from 7am

to 5pm which covers the majority of the solar radiation

each day. The end result is on average around 60% of

the total available daily light from sunrise to sunset can

be converted into usage heat.

The passive tracking feature also allows the collector to

be installed at directions East or West of equator pointing (North or South) without too much reduction in output.

features.

Heismann HMC  evacuated tube solar collectors convert energy from the sun into usable heat. This energy can be used for hot water heating, pool heating, space

heating or even air conditioning. The vacuum space in the evacuated tube greatly reduces heat loss. This greatly increases the conversion efficiency at higher water temperatures or when the outside temperature is very cold.

How it work

The Heat Pipe series solar collector connected with existing heating supply device. The selective coating on the inner cover of the evacuated tubes converts

solar energy into heat energy and transfers heat to the heat pipes by aluminium fins. The liquid in the heat pipe changes into vapour which rises to the condenser. The heat then passes through the heat exchanger and the vapour becomes liquid, returning to the base of the heat pipe. The heat conducts to the heat transfer liquid (anti-freezing liquid or water) via a copper pipe. This transference of heat into the liquid creates a continuous circulation as long as the collector is heated by the sun.The Solar Collector can be installed both on pitched roof and flat roof. All necessary roof brackets and supporting frames are provided with solar collector
